Gaining Forever Resources in the Industry
#bfrdpwy #aginternship #RightRisk

My experience of work this last week has been completely similar to last week, as I am in the groove of work here and I understand my role at the ranch. What I did this week was flood irrigation, leading trail rides, moving dirt, fixing fence and daily ranch tasks. I have enjoyed every second of my work here on the ranch and the skills and experience I have learned during my time are priceless. I am confident in my effort to ask questions and obtain new experiences.
Looking back at this past week, and most of my time here on the ranch, there really aren’t very many things I can think of that I would oppose. I think the way this operation is ran and operated is efficient and impressive. I have experienced the fluidity and ethical workings of this ranch and it truly is the best run operation that I have been able to be a part of. If I did see something in a different way that might make things run smoother, I could definitely propose new ideas and be heard and taken seriously. I have great respect for those who head this operation.

There are no lasting questions that I have at this point, but if I did have any questions about anything in the ranching industry, the people that I have met here, would be who I would call. I think over the course of the internship I did an exceptional job of asking questions at any point. That is the best way to learn from an experience, to see, ask questions, and go for it. It has been helpful to log some of the major questions that I had during the summer here in my work summaries.
Moving forward past my time here at the ranch, I plan to use the new skills that I have obtained to further my agriculture career and expand on my experiences. This will be a great experience for me to have, to secure more jobs in the future and excel in what I do on the ranch. Another aspect of the internship that I will be taking away is something that I have experienced before and it never fails, but it’s that the people I encounter in this field are especially respectable.
